Your work truck, dialed in.
Wrap, shelving, racks, partitions, and ladders — installed at the same Gig Harbor shop. One trip in, one ready-to-earn truck out.
Shelving, racks, and ladder systems installed at the same shop that wraps your fleet. One in, one out, ready to earn.
Most vans and work trucks roll out of the dealer empty and roll off the lot to three different vendors: one for graphics, one for shelving, one for a ladder rack. That’s three estimates, three schedules, three bills — and usually three weeks your truck is off the road.
USA Wrap Co does all of it under one roof. Wrap, shelve, rack, partition — and your driver picks up a vehicle that’s ready to show up looking professional and ready to actually work out of.
What we install
Shelving systems
Aluminum and composite shelving built for the trades. Modular configurations for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cable, and service work. Drawers, bins, and dividers sized to real-world tools — not catalog pictures.
Ladder racks
Rooftop ladder racks, drop-down systems, and interior ladder storage for sprinters, cargo vans, and pickups. Installed torque-to-spec with proper sealing so you don’t chase leaks later.
Partitions & bulkheads
Full-height partitions that separate driver cab from cargo — safer in a sudden stop, quieter on the highway, and required for insurance on some fleet accounts.
Cargo management
Floor liners, wall panels, E-track, tie-downs, and cargo nets. Keeps tools in place on the drive and your floor intact when you sell the truck.
Sprinter & cargo van specialists
Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, RAM ProMaster, Chevy Express, GMC Savana. We’ve upfit them all. Custom work welcome — if you’ve seen a layout you like, bring us a photo and we’ll build around it.
Why do it at the same place as your wrap?
- One schedule. Wrap, shelving, rack, partition — all done in one appointment. Your truck doesn’t leave the shop half-finished.
- One bill, one warranty point of contact. No “the rack guy blamed the wrap guy” when something goes wrong.
- Less downtime. Fleets losing a driver for three separate shop visits bleed revenue. We cut that to one.
- Built by installers, not clerks. Chan runs the shop and installs the trucks. You’re talking to the person doing the work.

FAQ
Do I have to get a wrap too?
No. Upfit-only work is welcome. If you eventually want the wrap, we already have your measurements on file.
Will upfitting void my vehicle warranty?
No. We use factory-compatible mounting and follow upfitter guidelines. We can provide written confirmation if your lease or fleet manager requires it.
Can you match my existing fleet’s setup?
Yes. Send a photo or let us measure your current van — we’ll replicate it across new additions so your crew works the same way in every truck.
How long is a typical upfit?
Most single-truck upfits are 1–2 days. Full wrap + upfit combinations are usually 2–4 days. Fleet rollouts are scheduled vehicle-by-vehicle so you stay in business.
Do you handle removal when the truck is sold?
Yes. We remove upfits and wraps cleanly, and can re-install either into a replacement vehicle — usually faster and cheaper than starting from scratch.
