Service Details & Availability

  • Appointments Required – All concierge transfers and on-site installs are available by appointment only. 
  • Operating Hours – Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 
  •   No after-hours vehicle access is available. 
  • Limited Availability – Transfers and installations are limited daily; please book in advance. 
  • Insured Transport – Every transfer between our Olympia Hub and main facility is fully insured and performed in-house. 
  • Pickup Options – Choose between local pickup from the hub or door-to-door return delivery after completion. 
  • Light Installation Services – Ideal for decals, door logos, registration numbers, lettering, and small vinyl graphics. These can be installed directly at this facility by our certified technicians.

Drop-Off Procedure

  • Schedule Your Appointment – Contact our team to reserve your drop-off or install time. You’ll receive a confirmation message with details. 
  • Secure Key Drop-Off – Upon arrival, park in the designated area and place your key in the coded keybox located on-site. 
  • Access Code Delivery – Your unique keybox code will be sent prior to your scheduled appointment for secure access. 
  • Confirmation & Pickup – Our team will confirm receipt of your vehicle and notify you once your wrap or installation is complete. 

 All key drops are monitored by 24-hour security cameras, and the keybox is weather-sealed for protection.
