1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of USA Wrap CO, including vehicle wraps, paint protection film (PPF), marine decking, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

USA Wrap CO provides vehicle wrap installation, PPF application, marine EVA deck flooring (DekWave), and related design and production services. All services are subject to:

• Availability of materials and scheduling
• Vehicle condition assessment prior to installation
• Customer approval of design proofs before production
• Payment terms as outlined in your estimate or invoice
  
  

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on changes to project scope, unforeseen vehicle conditions, or material cost fluctuations. Washington State sales tax (8.1%) applies to all taxable services and materials.

4. Design Deposit

A non-refundable $250 design deposit is required to begin the design process. This deposit is applied toward the total project cost upon completion and covers initial design work plus two rounds of revisions.

5. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to secure your installation date
• Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Cards on file may be automatically charged 10 days after project completion
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers
  
  

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide a clean vehicle free of major damage at the time of installation
• Review and approve design proofs before production begins
• Follow all post-installation care instructions provided by USA Wrap CO
• Do not wash the vehicle for 7 days following installation
• Notify us of any installation defects within 30 days of completion
  
  

7. Warranty

USA Wrap CO warrants installation workmanship for 1 year from the date of installation, covering peeling, lifting, and installation defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from improper care, automatic car washes, harsh chemicals, UV fading, accidents, or pre-existing surface defects. Vinyl material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms (typically 3–7 years depending on material selected).

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations 48+ hours before a scheduled appointment receive a full refund of scheduling deposits (excluding the $250 design deposit)
• Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the scheduling deposit
• Once materials have been ordered or printed, material costs are non-refundable
• Design deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

USA Wrap CO’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use, loss of income, or damage to third-party property.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from USA Wrap CO regarding appointments, project updates, and service communications. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.
